Providing quality programs and experiences to enhance our children's education requires financial and volunteer support from you! In order to raise the funds necessary to provide our quality programs, the Einstein PTSA regularly holds 2 major fundraising events:
Fall Fundraiser - Rather than conducting catalog sales or other selling activities, we are asking for your direct financial support to help fund the many programs that the PTSA provides for our school. The Einstein PTSA provides enrichment opportunities beyond what the school district provides. Funding these programs cost over $70,000 in past years. We ask a per-student contribution to help with this cost (which may change year to year), but any contribution amount is greatly appreciated. Every dollar counts!
Fun Run - The Otters Fun Run is a fundraising and fitness event. All Einstein students will be encouraged to participate by running or walking laps around the school grounds, rain or shine. Prior to the run, students will be asked to get family, friends and neighbors to sponsor their participation in the run. The Otters Fun Run gives the students and staff the chance to take part in a school wide fundraiser and get fit while doing it! Families will be welcome to run with their kids or cheer them on!
Matching Funds and Volunteer Hours
Many local employers will match contributions and volunteer hours to charitable organizations like Einstein Elementary PTSA. Matching funds may include Fall Fundraiser donations, donated yearbook, donated membership and the library Celebration Book Club. This matching opportunity can double your impact at Einstein! Please take a moment to see if your company participates. If you have questions, check with your employer or contact our Fundraising VP at fundraising@einsteinptsa.org.

Matching Volunteer Hours at Microsoft
Are you an employee of Microsoft and do you volunteer at Einstein or during PTSA activities? If so, Microsoft will match hours spent volunteering at a rate of $25 an hour! To request a Volunteer Hours match, simply go to aka.ms/give and click “Match Time.” Add or select ALBERT EINSTEIN ELEMENTARY PTSA and enter your volunteer hours. It’s simple, easy and free money for our school.
