The following people have kindly offered to volunteer on the Einstein PTSA Board for next year:

Co Presidents: Leslie Boyce and Brooke Gialopsos
Secretary: Celine Mehaffey
Treasurer: Allyson Stark
VP Volunteers: Kelly O'Brien and Holly Hall
VP Membership: Aspen White
Co VP Family Events: Marcela Valdés and Giselle Giosa

We will vote on these positions at the Spring PTSA membership meeting on Thursday, May 23rd at 6:30PM.

There are still some open positions:

If no one volunteers for these positions the programs won't be able to happen.  If your family enjoys Einstein after school classes, the art docent lessons, the book fair, egg drop challenge, or the reflections art contest please consider signing up for one of the following positions:

Board Positions
(include monthly board meeting and voting on board issues)
Co VPs of Student Activities: This position oversees the afterschool programs that run for three sessions a year.   This is best split up between two people. If you have been hoping for different options or your student enjoys the after school classes this is a great position for you.
Chair Positions
(focus on the specific activity you are running, do not need to attend board meeting)

Reflections Chair:
Coordinate the Reflections Art Program in the Fall.
Art Docent Chairs: This is best split between two people. One person schedules the art docents in the classrooms.  The other person prepares the supply carts.
Book Fair Chair: Next year the PTSA will run the book fair and we need someone to coordinate with the vendors, schedule the event, coordinate volunteers.
Egg Drop Challenge: Schedule and coordinate the egg drop challenge in spring of 2025.  You can shadow the person who is running it this year to make it easier.

Email nomcom@einsteinptsa.org to find out more information about any of the positions
