Theater

Come sing and play with Ms. Paige as we put on the show Animal Kingdom

In this musical, elephants, peacocks, giraffes, and monkeys all confidently share what makes them special. The little axolotl wonders how she could possibly compare and worries that everyone has forgotten all about her. With catchy songs and animals that kids love, Animal Kingdom reminds us that we all belong and invites kids to celebrate the things that make them special.

Each week, students will learn songs, dances, and lines and then present the show to friends and family during the last class of the session.

Art by Creart Studioz

This Winter kids dive into real materials—paint, clay, collage, printmaking, and textiles—while
creating geometric animals, clay trolls, spooky charcoal houses, Rainier yarn paintings,
comics, kinetic silhouettes, fauvist cityscapes, and bold portrait prints. We learn Northwest
design principles respectfully (kids create original personal symbols), and focus on process
over perfection so artists build confidence and joy.
